Established by Anthony Farinella over 20 years ago, the company began seal coating residential homes in South Nassau County. Since then, Blacktop Unlimited has expanded and now provides seal coating services for both residential and commercial properties, covering all of Nassau and Suffolk County.

We use only the best blacktop seal product on the maket. A coal tar, slip resistant, commercial grade sealer manufactured by Munsea Pro.
Applications are always done with brushes for the thickest possible coat. We will never use sprayers or squeegees.
We guarantee all of our work. In fact, we take no payment up front. All payments are made upon customer approval after the job is completed
